"Very unprofessional and careless experience – do not recommend I had an extremely bad experience at Dr. Purwas Dental Care . A tooth that clearly required removal by an oral surgeon was handled by the dentist herself in a very unprofessional way. On Day 1, she said there was no infection and attempted to remove a tooth that could actually have been saved. During this attempt, the tooth was badly traumatized. Later she casually said it was okay if the tooth was not removed, which shows complete lack of clarity and planning. On Day 2, without taking an X-ray and without calling a surgeon, she again tried forcefully pulling the same tooth. She did not even have the proper tools for the procedure. When she failed, only then did she suggest a surgeon’s appointment. By this time, the tooth had become infected because of the previous day’s trauma. This kind of trial-and-error treatment is extremely risky and unacceptable in a dental clinic. It caused unnecessary pain, infection, stress, and could have led to serious complications. I would strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Purwas dental care."
